哈弗福韦斯特 （威尔士语: Hwlffordd，英语：Haverfordwest）是位于英国威尔士彭布罗克郡的城镇，并作为县之主要商业和行政中心。哈弗福韦斯特是彭布罗克郡地区人口最稠密的城市。
哈弗福韦斯特离避风港村有6英里远，为彭布洛克郡海岸国家公园的一部分，英国境内唯一的一沿海国家公园，而且每年吸引着成千上万的游客。

Haverfordwest (/ˈhævərfərdˈwɛst/; Welsh:Hwlffordd [ˈhuːlfɔrð]) is the county town of Pembrokeshire, Wales, and serves as the county's principal commercial and administrative centre. Haverfordwest is the most populous urban area in Pembrokeshire, with a population of 13,367 in 2001, though its community boundaries make it the second most populous settlement in the county, with 10,812 people. The 2011 census quoted a population of 12,042 only lived within the confines of the parish. This agreed with the total population of all 5 wards involved.
