港海豹（学名：Phoca vitulina）是分布在北半球温带及极地海域的海豹。牠们出没于大西洋及太平洋的海岸水域，与及波罗的海及北海，是分布最广的鳍足类。
港海豹呈褐色、黄褐色或灰色，吻呈V状。成年港海豹长1.85米及重132公斤。雌海豹比公海豹长寿，可以活到30-35岁，雄性的寿命为20-25岁。牠们只会留在熟悉的环境，一般都是陆上掠食者不能到达的岩石地区，且有足够的鱼类食物供应。公海豹会在水中为交配而打斗，雌海豹会与较强壮的公海豹交配。每次只会生一胎，由雌海豹哺育。幼海豹出生后几小时内就懂得游泳及潜水，生长速度很快。牠们身体上有鲸脂来保暖。
