花卷市（日语：花巻市／はなまきし）为岩手县位于中西部的市。市域西部为花卷温泉乡，与北上市形成岩手县内人口第二多的北上都市圈。为宫泽贤治的诞生地。现任市长为大石满雄。

Hanamaki(花巻市Hanamaki-shi) is a city located in Iwate Prefecture, of the Tohoku region of northern Japan. As of September 2015, the city had an estimated population of 97,631 and a population density of 107 persons per km. The total area was 908.39 square kilometres (350.73 sq mi). Hanamaki is famous as the birthplace of Kenji Miyazawa and for its hot spring resorts.
