海牙国际法学院    海牙国际法学院（Hague Academy of International Law）位于荷兰海牙，是一所专攻国际法及国际冲突法的高等教育学府。 海牙国际法学院于1914年在卡内基国际和平基金会的协助下筹办，并于1923年成立。坐落于和平广场，毗邻国际法院。海牙国际法学院在国际法学界名望甚高，国际法院中部份往任及现任法官均曾在海牙国际法学院中攻读或任教国际法。 除部份全职教师外，学院多年来亦曾多次邀请在国际法学界享负盛名的学者、法官、国际组织成员及高官到学院授课，获邀者无一不是行内顶尖水平的人物。
