平行进口货品（英语：parallel import），或平行输入货品，一般俗称水货，为无经由正式代理商进口的货品。相对地，经由正式代理商进口的货品则俗称行货。水货未必等同于冒牌货，但是因为来源不明，所以有买到仿冒品的风险，因为无经由总公司直接或者间接授权的代理商入口，所以若商品有问题可能求助无门。贩售「水货」因夹杂「制造合法」与「输入非法」的行为，又通称为「灰色市场（gray market）」。视乎各地法例而定，某一商品的水货在某国家或地区可能被禁止销售。

水货的售价一般比较行货便宜，这可能是由于货品在不同国家的价格有差距，或者水货商的成本较行货为低。但是如果该货品在销售地仍然未推出，水货的售价则可能比较原产地为高。
