Gremolata

Gremolata or gremolada (Italian pronunciation: [ɡremoˈlaːta] or Italian pronunciation: [ɡremoˈlaːda]) is a chopped herb condiment classically made of lemon zest, garlic and parsley. It is a traditional accompaniment to the Milanese braised veal shank dish ossobuco alla milanese.
