卧龙岗（Wollongong，或译伍伦贡，**曾译沃隆冈）地处澳洲新南威尔士州东海岸的一座工业城，位于悉尼南82公里（约45分钟车程），市辖境有684平方公里，属新南威尔士州的伊拉瓦拉地区。从卧龙岗海岸线上可以看到五座岛屿，其中最大的被称作“Gang-man-gang”。当地人昵称Wollongong为“The Gong”（铜锣）。

Wollongong (/ˈwʊləŋɡɒŋ/ WUUL-ləng-gong), informally referred to as "The Gong", is a seaside city located in the Illawarra region of New South Wales, Australia. Wollongong lies on the narrow coastal strip between the Illawarra Escarpment and the Pacific Ocean, 82 kilometres (51 miles) south of Sydney. Wollongong's Statistical District has a population of 292,190 (2010 est.), making Wollongong the third largest city in New South Wales after Sydney and Newcastle, and the tenth largest city in Australia.
