双性性格指的是一个人同时拥有雌性和雄性两性性格的现象， 他们或者是没有性别价值观，或者是倾向于与自身性别相反的性格。双性格结合了行为上的雌雄通体和生理上的雌雄同体。
生物学上的阴阳人即是双性性格的一个例证，这类人既不能说是纯粹的男性也不能说是纯粹的女性，而他们一般也将自己定位于男女性之间，或干脆没有性别。
