主权豁免 Sovereign immunity

主权豁免（英文：Sovereign immunity） 或皇家豁免或君主豁免（英文：Crown immunity）是指一司法惯例。君主或国家不可能犯上法律上的过失，以及免于受到民事与刑事起诉。
在君主立宪制下，君主起初创立法庭以保护他的子民，也是法庭的权力来源；因此法庭无权强制君主遵从法庭的判决。
