玉棋（意大利语"gnocchi"/'ɲɔkki/；单数"gnocco"/'ɲɔkko/）是一种意大利传统食物。通常由马铃薯，太白粉及面粉制成，有时加入面包糠，制成指头大小颗粒状。它常被翻译成“意大利土豆饺子”，但更像日本在北海道一带同样是用马铃薯与太白粉制成的「马铃薯团子」，不过与玉棋不同的是，玉棋一般用水煮，马铃薯团子一般是切成片状后用火炉烤。

Gnocchi (/ˈnjɒki, ˈnɒ-, ˈnoʊ-, ˈnɔː-/ N(Y)OK-ee or NOH-kee, NAW-kee; Italian: [ˈɲɔkki], singular gnocco) are various thick, soft dough dumplings that may be made from semolina, ordinary wheat flour, egg, cheese, potato, breadcrumbs, cornmeal, or similar ingredients, with or without flavourings of herbs, vegetables, or sweet things like cocoa or prunes. The dough for gnocchi is often rolled out, then cut into small pieces of about the size of a cork. They are then pressed with a fork or a cheese grater to make ridges which hold sauce well; alternatively, they may simply be cut into little lumps. Gnocchi is usually eaten as a replacement for pasta as a first course, but it can also be served as a contorno to some dishes.
