葡萄糖醛酸内酯还原酶（英语：glucuronolactone reductase，EC 1.1.1.20）也称为“葡糖醛酸内酯还原酶”，是一种以NAD或NADP为受体、作用于供体CH-OH基团上的氧化还原酶。这种酶能催化以下酶促反应：
- L-古洛糖酸-1,4-内酯 + NADP
D-葡萄糖醛酸-3,6-内酯 + NADPH + H
葡萄糖醛酸内酯还原酶主要参与抗坏血酸和醛糖二酸的代谢过程。

Glucuronolactone reductase 葡萄糖醛酸内酯还原酶In enzymology, a glucuronolactone reductase (EC1.1.1.20) is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction Thus, the two substrates of this enzyme are L-gulono-1,4-lactone and NADP, whereas its 3 products are D-glucurono-3,6-lactone, NADPH, and H. This enzyme belongs to the family of oxidoreductases, specifically those acting on the CH-OH group of donor with NAD or NADP as acceptor. The systematic name of this enzyme class is L-gulono-1,4-lactone:NADP 1-oxidoreductase. Other names in common use include GRase, and gulonolactone dehydrogenase. This enzyme participates in ascorbate and aldarate metabolism. |
