格洛斯特郡（英语：Gloucestershire，读音：/'glɒstɚʃɚ/ ；、又译告士打郡），英国英格兰西南部的郡。以人口计算，格洛斯特是最大城市（亦是郡治），南格洛斯特郡是第1大区（District），切尔腾纳姆是第2大区、第1大自治市镇（Borough）、第1大镇（Town）。

英国最长河流塞文河在格洛斯特郡北部流入，西南部流出；迪恩森林（Forest of Dean）、科茨沃尔德山脉最高点克利夫山（Cleeve Hill）都位于郡内。格洛斯特郡西临布里斯托尔湾，东临牛津郡。

把格洛斯特郡看待成34个非都市郡之一，它包含6个非都市区，占地2,653平方公里（第17），有578,700人口（第21）；看待成48个名誉郡之一，它包含多1个单一管理区─南格洛斯特，占地增至3,150平方公里（第16），人口增至833,100（第24）。

Gloucestershire (/ˈɡlɒstərʃər/ GLOSS-tər-shər; abbreviated Glos.) is a county in South West England. The county comprises part of the Cotswold Hills, part of the flat fertile valley of the River Severn, and the entire Forest of Dean.

The county town is the city of Gloucester, and other principal towns include Cheltenham, Cirencester, Stroud, and Tewkesbury.
