韩式泡菜又称朝鲜泡菜(韩语:김치)是一种朝鲜族的传统发酵食品,通常和米饭一起食用。韩式泡菜卡路里含量低,富含纤维素、维生素A、B、C并含有一种对人体有益的乳杆益生菌,被美国时代华纳《健康杂志》评为世界5大最健康食品之一,不过也有观点认为韩式泡菜与其它泡菜一样含有亚硝酸盐,过度食用会引发胃癌。

There are hundreds of varieties of kimchi made from napa cabbage, radish, scallion, or cucumber as a main ingredient. |
