全民英语能力分级检定测验（General English Proficiency Test；GEPT），简称全民英检，是由中华民国教育部核准财团法人语言训练测验中心办理的英文能力测验。此测验从2000年开始在台湾举行，依程度分为五级，测验结果可供台湾的学校及公民营机构用以参考受试者的英文程度之用。

The General English Proficiency Test (GEPT, Chinese:全民英语能力分级检定测验; pinyin:Quánmín Yīngyǔ Nénglì Fēnjí Jiǎndìng Cèyàn, or 全民英检/全民英验 Quánmín Yīngyàn for short) is a test of English language proficiency that was commissioned by ******'s Ministry of Education in 1999. The GEPT was developed by the Language Training and Testing Center in ******, ****** and was first administered in 2002.
