高立德大学（Gallaudet University）是第一所供聋人和弱听人士的高等学院，也是世界上唯一一所全部课程与服务都是为聋人或弱听学生而设的大学。该大学的命名是为了纪念对聋人教育有深远影响的汤玛斯·霍金斯·高立德。

该校于1857年2月16日于美国华府成立，当时被称为全国聋哑学院。1864年，美国国会通过议案，承认该校的大学资格，大学宪章由亚伯拉罕·林肯总统签署。该校的校园由有名的地形建筑师 Frederick Law Olmsted 设计。

高立德大学的学生必须能用美国手语、手指拼字及外语。

Gallaudet University /ˌɡæləˈdɛt/ is a federally chartered private university for the education of the Deaf and hard of hearing located in Washington, D.C., on a 99 acres (0.40 km) campus.

Founded in 1864, Gallaudet University was originally a grammar school for both deaf and blind children. It was the first school for the advanced education of the deaf and hard of hearing in the world and remains the only higher education institution in which all programs and services are specifically designed to accommodate deaf and hard of hearing students. Hearing students are admitted to the graduate school and a small number are also admitted as undergraduates each year. The university was named after Thomas Hopkins Gallaudet, a notable figure in the advancement of deaf education, who himself was not deaf.
