室内五人制足球（Futsal）或又称为室内足球，是国际足总正式认可的足球比赛型式，名字取自葡萄牙语futebol de salão及西班牙语fútbol sala或fútbol de salón，意思是「房间足球」。

室内五人制足球由两队对赛，每队五人中一人为守门员；此外各队可以有数字后备球员。与其他形式的室内足球比较，futsal的场地以画线为界，而非皮球可以回弹的网或板。

其他的室内足球有不同的规则，名称有indoor football，five-a-side football（五人足球）或indoor soccer。这些形式在室内足球正式订立规则前已出现。

Futsal is a variant of association football played on a smaller field and mainly indoors. It can be considered a version of five-a-side football.

Futsal is played between two teams of five players each, one of whom is the goalkeeper. Unlimited substitutions are permitted. Unlike some other forms of indoor football, the game is played on a hard court surface delimited by lines; walls or boards are not used. Futsal is also played with a smaller ball with less bounce than a regular football due to the surface of the field. The surface, ball and rules create an emphasis on improvisation, creativity and technique as well as ball control and passing in small spaces.
