The result showed that CPG from fusobacterium necrophorum had significant effect as adjuvant,so it could be developed as adjuvant of bacterin against fusobacterium necrophorum.

试验结果表明,坏死梭杆菌来源CpG有较好的免疫佐剂效应,可望进一步研制成为坏死梭杆菌疫苗佐剂成分。
