弗罗西诺内（意大利语：Frosinone）位于意大利拉齐奥大区东南部，是弗罗西诺内省的首府。

最早在青铜时代，佛罗西罗内就已有人聚居。在古罗马时代，为罗马帝国一部分。中世纪后辗转间成为教皇国一部分。

佛罗西罗内在近代经历过明显人口增长，由十七世纪中的2000人增长至意大利统一时的逾万人。1863年有铁路通车。

Frosinone (Italian pronunciation: [frosiˈnoːne]) is a town and comune in Lazio, central Italy, the administrative seat of the province of Frosinone. It is located about 75 kilometres (47 mi) south-east of Rome close to the Rome-Naples A1 Motorway. It is commonly identified as the capital of the geographical region of Ciociaria.
