两栖突击舰 （英语：Amphibious assault ship），或也称为两栖攻击舰、强袭登陆舰（引自日文汉字，日语：强袭扬陆舰），是一种用来在敌方沿海地区进行两栖作战时，在战线后方提供空中与水面支持的军舰。这种军舰由直升机航空母舰发展而来，但是大部分也结合了船坞登陆舰的坞舱（Well deck）设计，可装载登陆艇。且相较于多数航空母舰，不少两栖突击舰可拥有更密集的自身防护武器，未必需要护卫舰队保护。由于两栖突击舰是现代军舰中大小与排水量仅次于航空母舰的类别，因此对于未拥有航空母舰的国家，或是在没有配置航空母舰的舰队中，两栖突击舰往往会成为舰队旗舰。

An amphibious assault ship (also referred to as a commando carrier or an amphibious assault carrier) is a type of amphibious warfare ship employed to land and support ground forces on enemy territory by an amphibious assault. The design evolved from aircraft carriers converted for use as helicopter carriers, but includes support for amphibious landing craft, with most designs including a well deck. Coming full circle, some amphibious assault ships now have a secondary role as aircraft carriers, supporting V/STOL fixed-wing aircraft.
