弗里西亚 （西弗里西亚语：Fryslân；北弗里西亚语：Fraschlönj、 Freesklöön, Freeskluin、Fresklun、Friislön’；沙特弗里西语 ：Fräislound；东弗里西亚低地萨克逊语：Freesland；格罗宁语：Fraislaand；德语和荷兰语：Friesland；丹麦语： Frisland）指的是西欧的地理区域。弗里西亚是位于北海东南海岸的地区，北起丹麦西南部海岸，向南经德国西北部延伸到荷兰海岸。弗里西亚是弗里斯兰人的家园。弗里西亚又可分为西弗里西亚、东弗里西亚和北弗里西亚三个部分。

Frisia or Friesland is a coastal region along the southeastern corner of the North Sea in what today is mostly a large part of the Netherlands, including modern Friesland, and smaller parts of Germany. Frisia is the traditional homeland of the Frisians, a Germanic people who speak Frisian, a language group closely related to the English language.
