Friability

Friability (pronounced /ˌfraɪəˈbɪlətiː/, "fry-uh-BIL-uh-tee"), the condition of being friable, describes the tendency of a solid substance to be break into smaller pieces under duress or contact, especially by rubbing. The opposite of friable is indurate.
