法医病理学（英语：forensic pathology），病理学的一个分支，是一门运用病理学知识，对尸表、尸体进行检验，进而对死因、死亡方式和犯罪手法等作出解释的学科。验尸通常是最主要的法医病理学检验内容，并经常应用到法律和司法案件中。法医病理学家通常被要求对某一尸体或相关证据的状态进行分析并作出权威结论。
