芝士火锅（法语：Fondue au fromage）是一种融浆火锅（法语：Fondue，意指融化），做法是把芝士煮溶，以面包蘸来吃。瑞士盛产芝士，当地的芝士火锅可以用多达五至六种的芝士来做，种类十分多。瑞士的冬天既漫长又寒冷，一伙人围着吃热腾腾的芝士火锅，当然特别温暖有气氛。

Fondue (/ˈfɒndjuː/ or /ˈfɒnduː/; French pronunciation: [fɔ̃dy]) is a Swiss, Italian, and French dish of melted cheese served in a communal pot (caquelon or fondue pot) over a chafing stand (réchaud) heated with a candle or spirit lamp, and eaten by dipping bread into the cheese using long-stemmed forks. It was promoted as a Swiss national dish by the Swiss Cheese Union (Schweizerische Käseunion) in the 1930s, and was popularized in North America in the 1960s.
