弗莱福兰省 2950.png) 2950.png)  弗莱福兰（Flevoland）是荷兰中部的一省。面积2,343平方公里。1986年1月1日建省，是荷兰第12省、最新的省份，分成6市。东北是弗里斯兰省、西南是北荷兰省、南是乌得勒支省、东南是海尔德兰省、东是上艾瑟尔省。全境皆为艾瑟尔湖之海埔新生地。该省首府是莱利斯塔德(Lelystad)。2005年人口大约365,300人。阿尔梅勒(Almere)也是主要城市。 在经历1916年水灾之后，荷兰决定封闭并开垦荷兰内海须德海，开始须德海工程。1932年，能完全隔离海的阿夫鲁戴克大堤（Afsluitdijk） 完工。须德海随着改名为艾瑟尔湖（艾瑟尔河的出口湖）。
