闪光弹（英文：Flashbang，Stun Grenade）又称致盲弹、眩目弹或眩晕弹等，是一种以强光阻碍目标视力功能的一种轻型非致命性武器，属于手榴弹的一种，为战术性的辅助工具之一。

闪光弹经过投掷后，会燃烧镁或者钾以产生令人炫目致晕眩的强光，致使被攻击目标于短时间内有短暂性失明，使到目标顿时丧失反抗能力。由于闪光弹于爆炸时不会产生攻击性的伤害碎片，故此被广泛地被特种警察部队用于拯救人质事件等。除了以人为目标外，闪光弹有被用以投掷坦克上光学器材的膜层，致使探测器失去了探测能力；另外，闪光弹也有干扰敌人的战术用途。

A stun grenade, also known as a flash grenade, flashbang or sound bomb, is a non-lethal explosive device used to temporarily disorient an enemy's senses. It is designed to produce a blinding flash of light and an intensely loud "bang" of greater than 170 decibels (dB) without causing permanent injury. It was first used by the British Army's SAS in the late 1970s.
