芬兰航空（英语：Finnair）是芬兰最大的航空公司和国家航空公司，以赫尔辛基-万塔机场作为枢纽。它和其子公司－Nordic Regional Airlines支配着芬兰国内和国际航空运输市场，它也是寰宇一家的成员之一。2015年，其客量多于1000万。它的航线网络覆盖了16个国内城市和大约55个国际城市，另外还营运一些包机航班。

截至2016年1月，芬兰航空共有员工4,817人。

芬兰航空也是全球历史第六悠久的航空公司，并获得客机坠毁数据评估中心评定为2012年度最安全的航空公司。

As of January 2016, the airline employed 4,817 people.
