干邑白兰地（法语：Cognac），法文发音为“高尼亚克”，或称科涅克白兰地，指在法国干邑或周边地区生产的白兰地。其90%的酿制原料必须为Ugni Blanc、Folle Blanche或Colombard葡萄，其余的葡萄种类可以是Folignan、Jurançon blanc、Meslier St-François、Montils和Sémillon。不过，大部分的干邑白兰地纯粹由Ugni Blanc酿造。干邑白兰地必须以铜制蒸馏器双重蒸馏，并在法国橡木桶中密封酿制2年，才可称作干邑白兰地。
市面上出售的干邑白兰地中，有以「XO」（Extra Old）为最高级者，在香港该白兰地普遍被简称作「XO」或「交叉窿」，并由此衍生出一种借其名意谓高级酱料的XO酱（仅取其高级之意，并不含有XO酒成份）。
