芬那酸（Fenamic acid），是一系列非类固醇消炎止痛药的基本组成分子，衍生的药物包括甲芬那酸、托芬那酸、氟芬那酸及甲氯芬那酸。该化合物可以2-氯苯甲酸与苯胺为基础，并用氧化铜作为催化剂，透过Goldberg反应而合成。

Fenamic acid is a molecule which, especially in its ester form, fenamate, serves as a parent structure for several non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, including mefenamic acid, tolfenamic acid, flufenamic acid, and meclofenamic acid. These drugs are commonly referred to as "anthranilic acid derivatives" or "fenamates" because fenamic acid is a derivative of anthranilic acid.
