义（英语：Sense，也翻译成正义、股、正义股与义股等。有时也写成意）在分子生物学一般是指核酸分子（如RNA与DNA）中两两相对的部分。以DNA为例，若与DNA串行相同（除了T与U两碱基的变换外）之mRNA具有被转译成蛋白质的特性，则该股DNA称为sense DNA。由此可知，antisense DNA是指被当作转录模板的DNA串行，与sense DNA互补。

此外，即使在分子生物学领域内，英语中的sense仍可能有其他意义，对应的中文翻译也有所不同。而且不同的书籍可能意义相反，也就是某些文章中的antisense可能是指另一篇文章中的sense。
