Feldenkrais Method

The Feldenkrais Method, often referred to simply as "Feldenkrais," is a somatic educational system designed by Moshé Feldenkrais (1904–1984). Feldenkrais aims to improve people's quality of movement, their overall physical function, and their general wellbeing by increasing students' awareness of themselves and by expanding their movement repertoire. Education about the reduction of pain and the elimination of biomechanically unsound movement habits is often an important part of this process.
