假羊肚菌（英语：False morel）是对一些子囊菌门真菌的非正式称呼，这些真菌包括鹿花菌属（Gyromitra）、马鞍菌属（Helvella）与钟菌属等的部分物种，因为它们的外表与真羊肚菌（羊肚菌属）非常相似。这些真菌都隶属于盘菌目，包括了属于羊肚菌科、平盘菌科（Discinaceae）和马鞍菌科（Helvellaceae），彼此间不一定相关的物种。

假羊肚菌的可食性最近遭到质疑，长久以来被认为美味的假羊肚菌──鹿花菌被发现在生吃时是具有毒性的，1990年代的报导还显示就算经适当烹调后毒素依然存在。虽然许多食用假羊肚菌的人没有产生明显的症状，有些人在食用后会发生急性中毒，甚至有证据显示可能对健康造成长期伤害。

The name false morel is given to the Verpa which bear a resemblance to the highly regarded true morels of the genus Morchella. Like Morchella, false morels are members of the Pezizales, but within that group represent several unrelated taxa scattered through the families Morchellaceae, Discinaceae, and Helvellaceae.
