奥尔特河（Olt）是罗马尼亚中部的一条河流、多瑙河的支流。全长615公里，流域面积24,050 平方公里。起源于东喀尔巴阡山脉，在图尔努-默古雷莱西南注入多瑙河。

罗马尼亚的奥尔特县和历史地区奥尔特尼察（小瓦拉几亚）亦以此得名。

The Olt (Romanian and Hungarian; German:Alt; Latin:Aluta or Alutus, Turkish:Oltu, Ancient Greek: Ἄλυτος Alytos) is a river in Romania. It is the longest river flowing exclusively through Romania. Its source is in the Hășmaș Mountains of the eastern Carpathian Mountains, near Bălan, rising close to the headwaters of the Mureș River. It flows through the Romanian counties Harghita, Covasna, Brașov, Sibiu, Vâlcea and Olt. The river was known as Alutus or Aluta in Roman antiquity. Olt County and the historical province of Oltenia are named after the river.
