阿布鲁佐（意大利语：Abruzzo 发音：[aˈbruttso]）位于意大利中部，北与马尔凯交接，拉齐奥位于其西南，西南部是莫利塞大区，东边则是亚得里亚海。该区于1963年从原阿布鲁齐-莫利塞大区（Abruzzi e Molise）中划分出来。“阿布鲁齐”一词则是指在波旁王朝统治该地时，对近阿布鲁佐和远阿布鲁佐两地的合称。

大区首府为阿奎拉，全区分4个省：阿奎拉（L'Aquila）、泰拉莫（Teramo）、基耶蒂（Chieti）和佩斯卡拉（Pescara）。其中佩斯卡拉是全区主要经济中心，亦是全区最大的一个省；而奇耶蒂则是全区人口最多的省份。整个大区人口约130万，下设305个市政府。

Abruzzo (pronounced [aˈbruttso]) is a region of Italy, with an area of 10,763 square km (4,156 sq mi) and a population of 1.3 million. Its western border lies 80 km (50 mi) east of Rome. The region is divided into the four provinces of L'Aquila, Teramo, Pescara, and Chieti. Abruzzo borders the region of Marche to the north, Lazio to the west and south-west, Molise to the south-east, and the Adriatic Sea to the east. Geographically, Abruzzo is divided into a mountainous area to the west, which includes the Gran Sasso D'italia, and a coastal area to the east with beaches on the Adriatic sea. Abruzzo is considered culturally, linguistically, and historically a region of Southern Italy, although geographically it may also be considered central. The Italian Statistical Authority (ISTAT) deems it to be part of Southern Italy, partially because of Abruzzo's historic association with the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.
