欧亚水獭（学名：Lutra lutra），或简称水獭，是亚洲及欧洲的一种水獭，栖息在淡水环境。牠们与北美水獭不同的是颈部较短、脸面较阔、耳朵相距较远及尾巴较长。

欧亚水獭(Common otter)最分布最广泛的水獭，分布地横跨亚洲、非洲及欧洲。不过，牠们已在列支敦士登、荷兰及瑞士灭绝。牠们在拉脱维亚、挪威沿岸及英国北部很是普遍。在意大利，牠们聚居于卡洛雷河（Calore lucano）地区。

欧亚水獭主要吃鱼类，但也会吃鸟类、昆虫、青蛙、甲壳类及细小的哺乳动物。牠们栖息在淡水的环境，包括湖泊、河流、溪涧及池塘等。牠们也会栖息在沿海地区，但需要定时回到淡水区清洁。

The European otter (Lutra lutra), also known as the Eurasian otter, Eurasian river otter, common otter, and Old World otter, is a European and Asian member of the Lutrinae or otter subfamily, and is typical of freshwater otters. It is the most widely distributed otter species, has a diet mainly of fish, and is strongly territorial. It is endangered in parts of its range, but recovering in others.
