泛欧交易所（Euronext） 是由荷兰阿姆斯特丹证券交易所、法国巴黎证券交易所、比利时布鲁塞尔证券交易所、葡萄牙里斯本证券交易所合并而成立的，总部位于巴黎，在上述城市都设有分支机构。除了提供股本及金融衍生品交易外，泛欧交易所还提供清算和信息服务。以2006年初的数据计算，泛欧交易所上市公司的总市值达到2万9千亿美元，是世界上第五大证券交易所。

2006年6月，纽约证券交易所击败德国交易所，将泛欧交易所收入旗下的。正式合并成为NYSE Euronext，首个全球性的证券交易所。合并后的交易所将把全球总部设在巴黎和阿姆斯特丹，纽约则仍是美国的总部所在。
