额尔登特 (Эрдэнэт)是蒙古国第二大城市，鄂尔浑省首府。人口88,243 (2005年)。

建于1975年，目的是开发亚洲最大的铜矿资源。俄蒙合资的「额尔登特公司」是蒙古主要的硬通货收入来源。由于其战略价值，故旧地图将之位置故意错误标示。其实际经纬座标为：49° 01' 40" N 104° 02' 40" E

Erdenet (Mongolian:Эрдэнэт, literally "with treasure") is the third-largest city in Mongolia and the capital of the aimag (province) of Orkhon. Officially known as Bayan-Öndör sum.

Located in the northern part of the country, it lies in a valley between the Selenge and Orkhon rivers about 150 miles (241 kilometres) (as the bird flies) northwest of Ulaanbaatar, the capital. The road length between Ulaanbaatar and Erdenet is about 230 mi (370 km).
