等位（Equipotential、Isopotential）是表示在空间中的某些区域内的每个点都有相同的位（Potential）。这通常是指纯量位（在这里是指位的水平集），然而这也可以应用在矢量位上。在n维空间中的纯量位函数之等位是典型的n-1维空间。劈形算符阐明了在矢量场之间的关系并联合了纯量位场。
