表皮溶解水疱症（英语：Epidermolysis Bullosa，简写作EB），在台湾俗称泡泡龙，是一种罕见的遗传性疾病，患者皮肤脆弱，稍微摩擦就破皮，形成水疱或血疱，严重者甚至口腔、舌头、食道、肠胃等黏膜部位也会出现水疱，阻塞进食，致营养不良、皮肤变形、肢体萎缩，甚至产生皮肤癌。疾病可能由带因的父母遗传，也可能来自自身突变。
