伊里，Elli或Elle。是北欧神话中「老年」（old age）的拟人化，形象是一名老妇人，是索尔（Thor）在一场角力战中的对手。

故事被记载于《散文埃达》的〈欺骗古鲁菲〉（Gylfaginning）篇中，索尔和洛基（Loki）及侍从希亚费（Thialfi）闯入霜巨人乌特迦·洛奇（Utgarda-loki）的城堡向他挑战，于是乌特迦·洛奇便利用幻术让他们和不可能赢的对象比赛，如洛基和野火化身的罗吉（Logi）比赛吃东西、希亚费和思想化身的修基（Hugi）比赛赛跑。而索尔则分别被要求以大口喝酒、举起一只猫、及和老妇人伊里比赛角力来证明自己的力量，虽然表面看来颇有讥讽之意，但事实上，索尔用的角杯链接着大海，那只猫是「世界巨蛇」耶梦加得（Jormungandr）变化的，伊里是老年的化身，而老年是不可能撼动的。虽然索尔在这三场比赛中都没有获胜，但展现的力量已经让乌特迦·洛奇大为吃惊，畏惧索尔的力量之余，赶紧将这一行人送出城堡外。
