爱德华·詹纳（英文：Edward Jenner，1749年5月17日－1823年1月26日），FRS，亦译作爱德华·金纳或琴纳，是一名英国医生，生于英国告罗士打郡伯克利牧区一个牧师家庭，以研究及推广牛痘疫苗，防止天花而闻名，被称为疫苗之父。并且为后人的研究打开了信道，促使巴斯德、科赫等人针对其他疾病寻求治疗和免疫的方法。

詹纳早年在出生地英国的告罗士打郡读书，之后在伦敦的一位名为卢德洛的外科医生之下学习解剖及外科，后来回到出生地，在乡村行医。

18世纪的欧洲是天花十分盛行的年代。当时的英国使用人痘接种术，办法是把天花病患者身上的脓，以小刀拭在受种者的皮肤之下。受种者因为不是透过空气在肺部染病，因此多数只会出现轻微的天花症状。但这种天花接种有严重缺点：因为受接种的人是得到了真正的天花病，故此还是有死亡的可能。而且受种者在完全产生抵抗力之前，会把天花传染给身旁未有抵抗力的家人，所以必须被隔离。
