艾迪特·皮雅芙（Édith Piaf，原名Édith Giovanna Gassion，1915年12月19日－1963年10月11日），是法国最著名也是最受爱戴的女歌手之一。

1915年12月19日皮雅芙出生于巴黎一个贫困的家庭，父亲是马戏团团员，母亲是街头歌手。父母离异后，因为母亲无力抚养，父亲又加入军队，只好让她跟着经营妓院的外祖母在巴黎长大，从小就接触社会最底层的人群。皮雅芙身材矮小，只有142公分，这也是她的艺名“小麻雀”（La môme）的由来。她的作品多是其悲剧一生的写照，最著名的歌曲包括《玫瑰人生》（La Vie en Rose，1945年）、《爱的礼赞》（Hymne à l'amour，1949年）、《我的老爷》（Milord，1959年）和《我无怨无悔》（Non, je ne regrette rien，1960年）。中年以后，皮雅芙因为车祸的伤害，染上注射吗啡止痛和酗酒。1963年10月11日，皮雅芙因肝癌死于格拉斯，终年48岁，她的朋友尚·考克多（Jean Cocteau）也于同一天逝世。法兰西共和国为她举行了国葬，使她成为国家的标志。法国人亲切地称艾迪特·皮雅芙为“小姑娘”（la Môme），2007年上映的电影《玫瑰人生》（La Vie en Rose）则反映了她悲剧而传奇的一生。
