混农林业（英文：Agroforestry或Agro-sylviculture）或称农林间作、农业森林学、混农森林学、农用林业、农林混作系统、混林农业等，是一种结合林业与农业间土地利用的研究学科或者实作方式。混农林业的方法是将农地上的农作物与多年生木本植物（如乔木、灌木等）交互种植，使单位农地上的作物产量增加并使生产多元化，有时也会与家畜、养蜂、渔塭等农业相互结合。

混农林业结合了农业与林业技术，创造了更加多元、更多产量、更高利润、更加环保，并且可永续经营的土地利用模式。

混农林业另一种狭义的定义为：农场上的林业（Trees on farms.）。
