杜万瓜河（Dwangwa River）是马拉维的河流，发源自马拉维的中部高原，朝东北方向流经古老河谷，河道全长约160公里，在新形成的峡谷处注入马拉维湖。杜万瓜河用作灌溉农作物和水力发电，有不少鱼类在河中生活。

The river's source is in the Kasungu National Park, in Malawi's central plateau. It flows north-easterly from this plateau through an ancient valley.
