匿名戒酒会，或称戒酒无名会（英语：Alcoholics Anonymous）是一个国际性互助戒酒组织，在1935年6月10日，由美国人比尔·威尔逊(Bill Wilson)和医生鲍勃·史密斯在美国俄亥俄州阿克伦成立，现在会员超过200万。其活动宗旨是酗酒者互相帮助戒酒，重新过正常的生活，在活动中，酗酒者互相分享各自的经历、力量和希望，以达到戒酒的目的，保证自己不再嗜酒，同时也帮助其他人戒酒。此外，所有成员对外亦均保持个人的匿名。

威尔逊和史密斯与其他早期成员发展出十二个步骤的心灵成长和人格发展课程。1946年推出十二个传统，以协助戒酒无名会的统一和成长。十二个传统建议，成员和团体在公众媒体保持匿名，无私的帮助其他酒鬼，包括所有希望戒酒者。十二个传统还建议，以团契的名义行事避开教条，管理的层次和参与公共事务。随后发展出的团契，如戒毒品无名会，都采用十二个步骤和十二传统各自的主要宗旨。

Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) is an international mutual aid fellowship founded in 1935 (two years after the end of Prohibition in December 1933) by Bill Wilson and Dr. Bob Smith in Akron, Ohio. AA stated "primary purpose" is to help alcoholics "stay sober and help other alcoholics achieve sobriety". With other early members Bill Wilson and Bob Smith developed AA's Twelve Step program of spiritual and character development. AA's initial Twelve Traditions were introduced in 1946 to help the fellowship be stable and unified while disengaged from "outside issues" and influences.
