弹鼓（英文：Drum magazine）是一种圆型的供弹具，因为类似鼓而得名，于冲锋枪、步枪或机枪上较为常见。也可亦称弹盘。

弹鼓的设计较传统的直排弹匣为复杂，运作时弹药依靠旋转的内部拨**由内至外到达供弹口。弹鼓最大的优势是在无须更换供弹具的情况下直接发射更多弹药，在全自动武器上使用可具有更持续的连射火力。相对地，容纳更多弹药自然有比弹匣更大的重量和体积，弹簧力度亦更为强劲，部份弹鼓装填弹药时也需要专门附件，根据武器口径的分别，弹鼓的内部设计也相对不同。

一般常见的弹鼓可分作两种类型，历史悠久的单室型及1980年代出现的双室型，著名的C-Mag就是双室型的代表作，C-Mag是一种左右对称排列的双室型弹鼓，采用塑料制造，两个弹室中间以弹匣适配器来连接，具有一百发弹药容量，比金属制造的单室型弹鼓更轻更紧凑。
