盛装舞步（法语：dressage），这是由于盛装舞步的比赛场地是于马场之内。dressage一词来自法语，是训练的意思，其目的是要训练马匹的服从度，并听从主人的指挥而做出动作，而且注重马匹的前进气势（impulsion）及收缩（collection），属于马术三项赛之一。在比赛中，骑手头戴黑色礼帽，身着燕尾服，脚穿高筒马靴，伴随着悠扬的旋律，驾驭马匹在规定时间内表演各种步伐，完成连贯流畅，规范性的动作。这个过程中，人着盛装，马踩舞步，骑手和马匹之间展现出协调融洽，流畅洒脱的韵律，具有很高的观赏性和艺术性。选手要与马匹共同进行三圈的比赛。
