梦工厂（英语：DreamWorks SKG）是美国排名前十位的一家电影洗印、制作和发行公司，同时也是一家电视游戏兼电视节目制作公司，制作发行的电影有超过10部票房收入超过一亿美元。
创立人是由三位好莱坞重要人物大卫·葛芬、杰弗瑞·卡辛堡和斯蒂芬·斯皮尔伯格，他们曾雄心壮志的要把它做成好莱坞新亮点，但在2005年12月，三位创立人决定把它卖给维亚康姆，梦工厂也就归到维亚康姆的子公司派拉蒙电影公司旗下。这个交易于2006年完成，梦工厂的动画部门于2004年独立成为梦工厂动画公司，现在并不属于维亚康姆及派拉蒙电影公司。2011年电影部份由正金石影业发行。2013年动画部份由福斯影业发行。

DreamWorks Pictures, also known as DreamWorks SKG, or simply DreamWorks, is an American film production label of Amblin Partners. It was also a former film distributor for its own and third-party films. It has produced or distributed more than ten films with box-office grosses of more than $100 million each. Currently, DreamWorks' films are marketed and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures under its Touchstone Pictures banner, with their contract set to expire in 2016.
